  Go to Walmart and by some material like a velvet but in a different color yellow or purple

  2. poster bord to make the ring slots or they have wood pieces
  3. Locks and chains
  If you want to give a fancy look try going to the hardware part look for the knobs or a back plate . Another think Lowes has cut out moulding enhancers like swirls or flouishes
