Bombay Co. now has a similar item, but inside there is no protection for the photos. The original ones I saw were made of wood, then when the lid was opened you would lift a wooden slat that held plastic sleeves for your photos.
The entire box might hold 300 or more photos.

    Try craft stores in your area, i have seen some in those stores that engrave stuff to order. Some photo stores carry gifts. good luck you may have to get creative and make your own. Find a jewelry box or other wood box and go to an “all for $1. store get some photo albums the right size take them apart and come up with away to get them to work in the box.
