The only thing is that you two are still legally married, so they may not take the report unless you produce documentation stating that at this date, and time, you were legally separated and what belongings you had were yours and so on... 2- You could let it go and don't look back. That's what I did. I gave him the jewelry box he made with his own two hands and had engraved a love note on the bottom of it. I told him to keep it and its contents because the man that gave it to me doesn't exist. (that hurt him more than me not speaking to him!) You can do one of two things….
